Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2â3 days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 to the United States and Canada. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship to customers worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking availability may vary depending on your country and the carrier used. Please allow 1â3 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@pawsandprovisions.ca within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at support@pawsandprovisions.ca â changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
